  Deposit
A deposit equal to one nights stay is required to guarantee your reservation. Deposits are refundable if notice of cancellation or change is given at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Verified information from either Visa or Mastercard can be used to guarantee rooms. See holiday's policy below for special holiday deposit requirements.		  
       
  Rates and Reservations
Rates are subject to change without notice . Reservations are not guaranteed until deposit is received and a confirmation number is issued.		  
       
  Cancellation/ Changes
Cancellation or change notice must be given 72 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged the equivalent of one nights stay. Agreement with this policy is indicated when reservations are confirmed.		  
       
 
Holidays
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required over holidays and a non refundable deposit of ½ total stay. 		 
       
  Children
Children are welcome when accompanied by responsible adults. Any damage will be billed to registered adult at full replacement cost, which is at the sole discretion of Hotel Lula's. Children must be under the constant supervision of their guardians. Do not leave your children unattended at any time. No children under age 17 are permitted to stay in a room without an adult.

Hotel Lula's staff will not be responsible for the supervision of children.
  
       
 

Damage and Liability
Hotel Lula’s endeavors to keep the premises safe, clean and in good repair and therefore reserves the right to charge guest for missing or damaged items at the sole discretion of Hotel Lula’s.

When you book a reservation you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners, staff and associates of Hotel Lula’s or Bocas Surf School for damages or injuries incurred by your or other guests misuse, wrongdoing or impaired physical abilities on or around the premises.

Violation of the laws and ordinances of Panama and Bocas Del Toro or the policies and rules of Hotel Lula’s and Bocas Surf School will result in immediate eviction without refund

  
       
 

Courtesy to fellow guests

For the general safety of the guests, unregistered visitors will be greeted in the hotel lobby area, and are not permitted upstairs.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.

Hotel Lula’s provides a common area balcony and kitchenette. We ask that you clean up after yourself and halt all exterior noises at 10:00 PM.

We foster an atmosphere to relax and converse with fellow travelers. Stereos should be reserved for the beaches and loud music will not be tolerated. Any violation of this policy will result in a non refundable early departure.
